Our workshop includes 3 new 3d printers, one capable of handling hi temperature filament up to 300 degrees allowing the making of items in abs and nylon for more commercial uses. this is supported by 2 industrial CO2 lasers, the largest able to cut items up to 600x900mm and 8mm thick, as well as having a rotary attachment that lets us engrave onto cylindrical items like glassware or bottles.
There is also a smaller diode laser for cutting smaller items, it is also able to produce more detailed images when engraving, also with a rotary attachment for doing small run jobs, and the odd anodised water bottle.
This flexibility gives us the ability to do work on the correct machine and not have to produce all jobs on the larger machine at a higher cost. And to be able to make samples when the need arises.
As a final process we have added the ability to produce dye sublimation work. this includes producing logos or sayings on synthetic tee shirts, wood and acrylic. With acrylic sublimation we can produce badges with a colour image behind a clear substrate, or added on top of other colours.
The process are all complementary and help build a more rounded environment for you as a customer, allowing you to have more options to create.
No matter how much machinery you have it is not possible to do all things, but we will strive to make your ideas come to life.
Please come and see for yourself!
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
